On 16th April 2024, 11PM, i paid Rs. 800 via GPAY against my 2 tickets to be booked from Bhopal to Indore for 19th April, 2024.
But immediately after the amount got deducted from my bank account, Nuego showed that ‘Your ticket is not confirmed’, after which I have not received any refund till now.
In total I needed 3 tickets from different locations for the same date, out of which 1 got confirmed and with the rest two, this happened.
I have also mailed nuego at their given support desk mail id on the website but no revert from them yet.
Please help me in this as i need to book the remaining 2 tickets anyhow immediately for the same date and time…
