Dear Paytm
I paid for my electricity payment bill of Rs 93052 via paytm but due to your system failure the transaction was failed and the amount is debited from my bank account which is not credited by in my bank account yet
According to your promise 14 working day is complete
if this money is not refunded in two days you have to pay me the interest amount and late fees which is liable on me and I will go in consumer court
