I have been charged with some unrecognised download which I am not aware of. It says that they have charged ₹ 5 for downloading ppu_games from Telesync_solution. This is a good old theft that Vodafone keeps on doing for ages. This needs to stop. Even connecting to the customer care has become a hassle. Telephone companies are clearly taking advantage from their customers.
