On 16th April, near 11 PM, I booked 2 tickets from Bhopal to Indore and paid for it via GPAY.
The ticket amount of rs. 800 was deducted from my account but i got a popup saying my ticket is not confirmed. I have also mailed them with attached screenshot of the payment, which i will attach here also. Please help me for the refund, its urgent because i need to book tickets for 19thnApril asap.

Hey everyone, I am here to update you all regarding my complaint above. After this happened, I reached out to customer care of NUEGO multiple times immediately on the next day to get updates regarding the issue, every single time they gave me surety that the amount will be auto-refunded to the account from which it was deducted within next few days (max 5-7 days) and that too very politely. After which I booked another 2 tickets.
And finally Today on 18-04-2024, I have received my money back.
Thanks to Nuego and everyone working in the support department for such a quick response.
