hello, I had purchased gift card from amazon worth rupees 4560, whose order no is 404-2005723-2051554 , this order was placed on 3rd feb. but amount get deducted from my Rupay debit card from paytm saving bank . And also got confirmation reference no from paytm bank regarding this order and reference no is 903413534319 . So I have consulted to both merchants and they just helped me to complain this to RBI , and case file dispute .
