I am victim of country club,Hyderabad.
My self Shravani Thimishetty(9985725199-My Husband (Santhosh Kumar
Jilla number), we did payment from my husband number .
We are cheated by Country club members on behalf of Countryclub
International vacations in Amrutha Castle,Hyderabad.
Paid 35000/- in that 5000+150000 through Tez to Neelima Bharati(9494204991)
15000 given cash to Faisal Faisu Yaba(9581310774)
We got a call on 29th Dec 2018 from Country Club Vacations from
Hyderabad (Amrutha Castle) that we are the winners in Lucky Coupon so
they are invited to collect the gifts from them me and my husband went
on 30th Dec 2018, they have noted my details , One of the Manager
Santhosh Seemakurthi(6304209051) he took me and my husband into
Conference hall and there was a long discussion regarding their frauds
, i have recorded some of the conversations as well which was given by
Neelima Bharati(9494204991) after that they brought some documents
they said that what they explained they are same in the papers asked
us to sign on it and asked us to take the membership for International
Membership which was for 30 years it costs 2.2 Lakhs , we told them
too give us for 1 day but they said that we will provide you the
credit cards whatever bank we necessary with 0% interest with 2 Lakhs
limit if you wont like the membership you can cancel within 10 days
period (Cooling Period)(for this also i have recorded voice of
Santhosh Seemakurthi,
After that we got a call from Credit Card provider Suesh(8008886727)
from HDFC that my number was given by Santhosh Seemakurthi, we asked
them all the details about the credit card, the guy explained and said
0% interest will not be given then we taught some cheat was happening
.
Exact on 10 th working day we sent an email to Country Club Vacations
Team to Cancel the membership they not even responded when i called
for Couple of times finally they answered my call and said Hyderabad
Team will get in touch with you regarding you Member Cancellation on
the same day i went to Amrutha Castle to Speak with the Santhosh
Seemakurthi and Neelima Bharathi but what they said on the 1st day was
totally different when i asked to cancel the membership they were
spoken very rudely on me and they said whatever we want to do we can ,
when i asked to show their ID Cards they not even showing any proof
and they asked us to wait for 5 min in a room and all they went out
after 30 minutes also they didnt responded so me and my husband came
out.
Kindly help me out to get my amount to refund back my 35000/-

Dear Shravani, I can understand your concerns. I am also one of the victim of country club. They are into looting business. Trap innocent couples by selling them dreams of holidays and once you get into their trap by paying them, you will realise that its all false claims. Country club sales people simply cheat innocent people and later if you claim back your money, all of them will harass you.
I cant disclose my details as they have harassed me earlier as I made complaint against them, but below are the actions you can take to get your money back.
1. Take your payment slip and recording of country club and file an FIR in Police Station against them towards fraud.
2. Reach out to consumer forum to register your case regarding fraud.
3. Use social media like Facebook and Whatsapp as your weapon to flight against these culprits sharing your experience and send it your relatives, friends groups and others. Also request them to forward it to others so that awareness can be increased and couples do not fall in their trap. This may also help Govt to take some serious action against Country Club company.
4. Also if you have paid using credit card / debit card, inform your bank regarding blocking this payment or how they can help you.
Please do increase awareness about this fraud company to save others by posting in social media, I did the same earlier. You also contribute which will help thousands of our relatives, friends and well wishers.
