Dear sir/mam,

 

This is to inform you that I have Airtel dish TV ID is 3012406104 in the name of Trilok Singh.

Date 06 Jan 2019 by mistake recharge done 2500/- instead of 250/-.

Then I call to customer care number 01724448080 and full talk in detail with your representative

he ensure me that your refund amount Rs. 2250/- refund to you before 17 Jan 2019. He note

down to me request number 84712245 but there refund amount release from your end in my

account.

 

Kindly release my refund amount Rs. 2250/- as soon as pissible.
