Text of Complaint by Ankit kumar:

i paid amount through paytm upi to e-commerce company and amount deducted but order not confirmed. when i contact with e-commerce company they are saying they not received any amount and order status failed. paytm customer care not helping and also paytm not respond me when i ask for help. I’m waiting from around 8 days.
