My order on myntra was being paid via Airtel Payment banks of amount Rs 1532 on 7th October 2021, Ref id:5145426763. The amount was debited from my airtel payments bank but the order showed payment status failed. I need a refund from either the Myntra payment platform which is IBIBO WEB as mentioned in airtel transaction details or from Airtel payments bank.
