Amount got deducted twice from my account.
I have order food on 24th April 2021 and ,
1. Amount debited and credited again due to transaction failure. Transaction Id is 3276406855 and status of order: Your payment could not be processed.
2. I Reordered the food again and amount debited for the same on 24th April 2021. Transaction Id is 2220236910 and status of order: Successfully delivered.
3. And suddenly on 27th April 2021 same amount got debited from my account.( Which is wrongly debited)
It’s been more than a month now but till then I haven’t received amount which was wrongly debited from zomato and team from my account…. Received many calls, sms and mails but still struggling to get my money back from zomato team.
Every time new support team member calls and I have to explain again and again…. They don’t even check my mail which was sent previously with proper description…. I also co ordinated with my bank team as requested by zomato team but my amount debited by zomato and they are not repaying me back….
I need your support and help at earliest. Thank you.
