I have requested for an ACT fibernet connection by 10th November and spoke with an ACT representative where he asked me to share my details along with Proof. The representative i spoke was Mr.Mohammed, contact number – 8667838062. I shared my details along with Aadhar, rental agreement as proof with a photo copy. He shared link to pay the amount of Rs. 1769 for activation. I paid Rs.1769 twice(amount got debited twice) on November 11 where i also told Mohammed that it was debited twice, he said it will be refunded. but i didnt get any refund till date.

Again on November 16, i informed the representative that i didnt get my refund but no response. I am really worried. For getting a connection, representative is saying whatever he can to bring customers but once it is done there will be no response. I didnt expect this from ACT.
