Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the subject matter, An amount of Rs. 6106.20 was transferred through my Mobikwik App Debit card to Wazirx Merchant account on 03.12.2021 transaction failed the amount deducted but not credited. But After so many calls and emails, I didn’t get my funds back into my bank account till 03.01.2022 only get an answer to wait.
I need my money
Kindly provide me with a resolution.
