I was booking through agoda site they opened their payment gateway i made the payment but booking didn’t confirm and then I received a message regarding amount of 4384 debited from my account to Retail domestic pt

Sir, the same thing happened with me, bookings were done, amount rs 27000 was deducted from my credit card , I also got the booking confirmation email at first but after 45 minutes I again got an email from Agoda stating that the payment was not received from your bank by our payment partner within the allowed time limit. But I haven’t got any refund from this even after 5 hours of the transaction,
    What is the status of your refund/complaint… How are you looking to resolve it ?
