Text of Complaint by Rajkumar:

I had booked a ticket from madurai to chennai on 1
15 august 2022 (20:50; deluxe) . Amount Rs. 1510 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked. I request you to kindly provide the refund.

Rs.1510.00 spent on POS/Ecom using IB Debit card on 16/08/22 22:19 at TNSTCLTD Mumbai from Ac:XXX096355. Bal:12510.80 CR. SMS BLOCK to +91-9289592895 to block all digital channel transactions if the current transaction is not done by you – Indian Bank.

But still no response from my bank and Tnstc customer support.pls resolve this matter
