I ordered a cup set by Amazon but I received the wrong product by the delivery boy or May be by Amazon that contains just a box of 100 rupees but I ordered the tea cup set of 2299 rupees and after several complaints no one at Amazon is ready to help or replace as I have got the wrong item in my order. I received my order of famacart tableware fine bone China serving tea in the form of a jar. Photo and video attached.
The tracking id is same which Amazon gave me and the same id is on my box also. After paying 2300 bugs they are providing a product of just 100 rupees and they are saying they can’t help. Someone in their system is corrupted but they do not want to listen. Amazon fault a customer has to bear. My order id is 407-1280228-6465915 and invoice number RNOP-1281
I want a serious action to be taken as it’s like a mental stress
