Hi Team,

This is regarding the payment issue with Agoda. Booking ID not generated after the payment page. I’ve received a text from credit card stating amount charged.

ALERT: You’ve spent Rs.5644.8 on CREDIT Card xx1373 at Retail Domestic PT on 2022-01-16:20:55:09.

Please check the above payment message, which we have paid but did not get the booking confirmation.
