I have a kent RO. On Thursday (01-January-2026) I purchased AMC using the App. It is not yet reflected in my account. Yesterday I called your customer care centre and they asked me to email the details to this email id. I have done so. But it is still not reflected.
Yesterday one customer care person promised me that it would reflect within two hours but it did not. Today I called your customer care team again and they are asking to email again.
Today, I contacted customer care again, also reached via social media. They are only asking me to email again. Please help.
This is harassment. Please tell them to activate my AMC without further delay.
