I have purchased a Samsung smart watch from Amazon on 22.01.2021. but recently its stopped functioning. When I contacted Samsung customer care then I got to know that its not indian product. Its from dubai. Normally Samsung gives 1 year warranty. But recently they are giving additional one year warranty on smart watches. But since my product is not an indian product they refused to give me warranty. They asked me to go for paid service which will cost me around Rs. 10000. Then i contacted Amazon customer care but they didn’t do anything. I tried to contact the seller but found it doesn’t exist anymore. Being a middle class family person its not possible for me to spend another Rs. 10000 on a rs. 18500 faulty product.
Amazon and their seller cheated me by selling me a faulty non indian product. I am uploading all supportive documents. Please go through it and resolve my problem by giving me a replacement of my faulty product.
