On 25th Aug i gifted washing machine to my mother
1. I received washing machine on 25th aug which already has water droplets inside. My mother asked delivery agent, he said “company check and then sent machines that’s why water droplets are there”
2. Then LG installation team came home and found door lock problem in the machine. They gave job sheet. I uploaded and call to amazon Amazon said they will send verification agent to check what is Problem. I didn’t understand, if LG installation team already has given the job sheet that machine is defective what is the need to check again.
3. On 29 th Aug i called Amazon again. Customer care said “no need of verification we can directly send you the replacement but because of technical issues they couldn’t place replacement so they said we’ll take return Your and you will get refund. I said okay. They place return pick up on 31 Aug.
4. On 31 aug return didn’t get pick up. Nobody came my home. I called at night Amazon said ” because of ganapati festival it get delayed on 1st sept your order get picked up.
5. On 1st sept no body came to pick up and they placed return pickup on 4 th sept.
6. Today is 4 sept, again no body has came to pick up the order.
When call i ask them they make fool out us using some technical terms like ” verification failed”, “agent didn’t get return order”, “system issue” etc etc. Each and every their call agent represent new and different issues.
I want to make complaint against this.
They delaying the return pick up which is delaying my refund as well.
They can sort this issue by taking this machine and giving me refund or Else Amazon can replace my item immediately.
