Text of Complaint by Neeti Dhanak:

I bought pixel 6a from amazon.in, on the product page it said 1 year seller warranty.
After a month I started facing issues and wanted to claim warranty. I tried to contact the seller via phone, email and also amazon seller platform. But haven’t received any response, it has been 3 months.
I contact amazon customer service multiple times but got no resolution either. I also contacted Google and came to know that the product is not from India, it is from Japan and google will not help me with the warranty. Google asked me to contact Amazon in this regard.

I contacted amazon customer service again to explain all this, and they denied all help, they even closed the chat in between and said they won’t do anything about this as the return period of 1 month is over. Even though it is a wrong product, they did not take any action against the seller and did nothing to help me.

Amazon is selling fraud/ incorrect products on their website, have incorrect information mentioned as well.
