Amazon scam : I cracked good deal with good discount and that product was not delivered and wantedly cancelled without my consent

Dear Team,
I ordered a Havells water purifier with the order#405-1598814-5518731 with a exchange offer of 18k on old purifier and I was supposed to pay only 4382 only to get this new purifier which is 22500 worth. This was limited exchange offer available and I was able to place the order on 14th July 2023 and it was supposed to be delivered on 16th July 2023. It was updated in Amazon app that this product is reached nearest hub in Bangalore and will be delivered.. entire day I waited but nobody came and end of the day it was updated in app that unable to contact customer where as my number was completely in working condition. Next day on 17th I called delivery executive and asked him where is my order, he replied when it come I will call you and disconnected and after that he never received my call. On 18th I called him again he told he will deliver by 6 pm and he dint come. I called Amazon customer care and they took him on conference and he told he will deliver by 9 pm but he never came. From 19th till 20th I have spoken to several Amazon customer care executives but all were saying to wait it will be delivered and product never came to me. Today at 20th again I checked Amazon app and they updated that I rejected the product so it has been cancelled and sending back to seller. I think all these drama they did because they did not wanted to deliver this product at such huge discount hence they made sure this is not delivered to be.. because if this is sent back to seller and I won’t be getting the 18k exchange discount which no more available in Amazon. I want that product at same price with the exchange offer I called again to Amazon customer care several times rejected them that I did not rejected the product it never came to me but nobody listen to me and it was sent back to seller.. now if I have to buy product I have pay 22500 as there is no exchange offer available.. I was harrassed by Amazon executives as they were not listening to issues and kept on repeating that it will be delivered I felt cheated by Amazon because of there mistake I lost this deal and to buy same product I have to pay more money.. I am feeling harrassed and cheated by Amazon customer care executives for not helping me and misguiding me so that they get time and product goes back to seller so that they can save the exchange discount amount.
