As part Great Indian festival I purchased Bosch 8kg front load washing machine where i got 4.5k discount on MRP.After delivery of the product we found that inside front door which is made up of plastic is broken and that broken piece was lying in the shipping box.We informed Amazon India about the damaged product and requested them for replacement.The customer care from Amazon refused to do replacement and told us it should be rejected when delivered.But as a common man (customer)how we can identify the damages or fault in the system.At least they should understand that why customer should take inspection responsibility for the damaged product.After couple of calls to customer care I convinced them to replace it.They replaced the washing machine and before installation Technician from Bosch observed that even this product is damaged and go for replacement.We again approached Amazon India and now they are refusing to replace and asking us to go for refund.Now if I go for refund I will loose discounted price what I got and also I have taken 4yrs extended warranty for 5k from Bosch which also won’t get refund.Soni will be loosing 9.5k because of Amazon and Bosch problem.
Now we are asking Amazon to support by asking Bosch to replace the damaged part as part of warranty so that we can retain the machine.However there is no response either from Bosch nor from Amazon. From last 20days we are waiting for support to install and rectify this problem.
Because of no customer empathy by both Amazon Bosch customer is suffering.
This is one of the worst experience with Amazon and I lost all trust to buy from them in future
