I recently purchase a pair of puma shoes from amazon and returned them due to the size issue. The return pickup boy came the shoes and then took them back. But the amazon is refusing to provide me a refund saying that they received an incorrect order. But i have returned the correct shoes and they were not tampered. This guys closed the investigation case too. The real problem was that the courier boy picked my shoes up and HE DID’NT VERIFIED MY PRODUCT AND TOOK THE SHOES. THAT WAS SOLELY HIS FAULT AND HE SAID OKAY WHILE PICKING UP (AND I THOUGHT MY PRODUCT WAS VERIFIED) THAT PICKUP BOY CHEATED ON ME. THEN HE CHANGED MY SHOES FROM LOCAL SANDLES SENT BACK TO THE SELLER AND SELLER REJECTED DUE TO INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED. AND THAT COURIER PERSON LIED WITH THE AMAZON INVESTIGATION TEAM TOO. I HAVE 2 WITNESS THAT I HAVE GIVEN THE CORRECT SHOES TO THE COURIRER BOY.
