I have been cheated by Amazon delivering Old Used Campus Shoes instead of Asics Nimbus 24 shoes. Order #407-8216981-1693924. Complaint in detail made immediately to customer care.
I have raised the issue just 2 mins after i got the shoes.The delivery person ran away just after i shared the OTP.. This is fraud and cheat happened to me.
In name of environment friendly packing,they didnt pack it in plastic and delivered the box as it is.
After repeatedly contacting Amazon customer care firstly they assured me for the refunds. Now they are refusing the refund. The fraud has happened at delivery level and they are not accepting it. Plz help
