I ordered a $65 black Otterbox from Amazon and was sent a flemsy clear case (picture attached). I contacting Amazon right away and was told I could not receive a refund until the incorrect item was returned and I submit pictures of the incorrect item and its packaging. I did that!
I received an email from Amazon afterwards confirming they received the item(s) and my refund would be given. It was.
Over a month later, I received an email on 01/17/23 that Amazon recharged my card for the original OTTERbox case (I never received.)
I called Amazon and the rude customer service person told me tbat the system would not allow her to complete the refund on that item.
I repeatedly expressed that the charge was unauthorized and I needed to speak with a supervisor. The rep. stated, “they’ll only tell you the same thing. Do you want to waste your time hearing the dance thing I just told you?” I said again, get your supervisor on the line. She placed me on hold 4min or so only to return saying, “sorry at this time no one is available to speak with you…. you can call back.”
Unauthorized charge
No refund
No supervisor overseeing the C/S issues ..
I sent an email and the reply sent stated they were no longer able to assist me with this issue.

I’ve gotten nowhere with the thieves of Amazon!
And so, I contacted my card company.
