Text of Complaint by Manoj Kumar Sharma:

Hello Sir/Madam,

I purchased a fully automatic front load Bosch washing machine from Amazon and it was delivered on 4-Oct-2020. Since then I am scheduling the installation appointment and calling customer care each day. But the technician says that he doesn’t know how to install the fully automatic front load washing machine and always cancel the appointment. when I raise my complaint to Amazon customer care they also do fake promises each time that installation will be done tomorrow.but till now the installation is not done. Today (10-Oct-2020), I called the Amazon customer care (executive name- Livya) to return the machine, she deny to return the washing machine after saying that they’re working on my concern. When I ask her to drop me a mail with the reason why she is not returning the product even if the product is in return period.She refused to drop me a mail as well.I am frustrated as I’ve already listened to these lines many times that they are working on my concern. So please take proper legal actions on amazon so that  they can’t do this with another customer.
