Subject: Amazon refund Scam
Dear sir/Madam,
I have placed an order below the item on Amazon for my daughter on 20 Oct 2020

I have received the packet only tripod stand, the ring light is missing.
So I request for a replacement. During the replacement time, The pickup boy refused to accept the
packet. He started arguing with me about where is the ring light. So he cancels the replacement.
I call customer care, Her name is Anu. She apologized for the issue, she makes a refund request, as per
her again replacement is not possible. She ensured me very politely that next time pick boy will not
ask for the missing part.
But next time again another pick-up boy refused to pick up the packet and cancel the return.
I,m very frusteted by the amzon unsystamtic manner.
You cannot harass unnecessarily to the customer for the seller’s mistake.
My concern not only getting a refund of my amount. My concern why how Amazon doing such harassment to
customers like us. How a pickup boy can shouting to me without any logic.
Amazon is not yet refunding my amount, just showing the return process for the last 12 days
