Greetings of the day!!
Respect sir
I have order LG water purifier on 27th March 2019 from amazon which was canceled by amazon. Order no 408-0468329-5894715. And then when I asked for my refund they said that we have returned my payment of rs 17300 and they give me Refund Reference # 908621551962 and they said me to contact Bank. And when I contact bank they said we don’t find any record regarding this refrence number . After that i contact amazon service centre they said sir from our side refund has already insisted .But sir I haven’t got my money.
Note:- I had paid my payment of 17300rs from upi. On 27th march 2019.
Please sir kindly resolve my problem. I will be obliged forever.
