Return pickup of the product happened after so many calls to customer care.
More than 15 days, refund is not given, giving the reason that product has not reached the seller.
As per their refund policy refund should be given within 5-7 business days, i have called customer care 5 times, and everytime they say in 2 days it will happen.
Today the customer care initiated return pick up of the product they have always picked up from me 10 days back, how do i return the product again.
Pl help me to get the refund of Rs 422 back from Amazon India.
Order no Order# 408-1688792-6064307 , i paid 422 Rs on 30-Aug, till now struggling to get the refund.
They created another replacement order 408-1688792-6064307, and have marked the status that return product is collected from me.
