Respected sir,
I had placed an order with amazon.in and since the product was defective I had to cancel the order and ask for a refund.
Which they did and now they have transferred the amount to my Amazon pay balance.
and apologizing saying nothing can be done to transfer the amount back to my account…
it is a big amount…
can you please help me on this…
need cash for emergency use.
