Text of Complaint by Akshay Takkar:

I pur based a refurbished laptop through Amazon in Feb 2022. That laptop was having 6 months deokar warranty till 12th August 2022. I put a complaint in July 2022 that laptop is not working and got mislead by the amazon customer support to contact the Dell service center which said the warranty has been expiring 2018. The product description clearly said it’s 6 months sellar warranty on Amazon webiste but Amazon customer service agents without any verification continued misleading me and tried pushing the complaint to service center.
After almost a month i managed to convince them to give me deokar contact which was also useless as the number is no longer working.
Then they kept asking for seller denial letter even though I couldn’t get in contact with the seller. This continued till end of July and finally I managed to convince them to get me the refund and pick up the non working laptop.
No from July end to August end, they are just arranging pick up for the laptop and not actually picking it up. The only answer I get out of them is verification issue, i kept asking what verification? Who’s verification? But they couldn’t answer me that.
Now I am a point where it looks like all my hard earned money is just wasted and I won’t be able to get back that money at all. No work happened for last 2 months due to that laptop either. It’s just all bad situation for me at this stage.
