I placed the order through Amazon LG TV , when i got the delivery agent number i told him that i will not be available on 12pm – 4pm as i have class ,so please deliver my order after 5pm . And even after information he came on 12:30pm . After giving the complaint with Amazon customer support agent he was like he cannot do anything, if u want to give complaint go & give , the way of hanging customers through amazone is very bad. I was asking for what i orderd . I give the call again with the agent & he says that he can’t come 5pm time. They 5pm time is not there for delivery then remove delivery timing from amazon (12pm -8pm) to only 12pm to 1pm.. why they give till 8pm?
