I have ordered an one plus Nord 2 t mobile from Amazon.in prime , it’s expected delivery date was 25th October 2022, but they didn’t even call me and every time they mailed delivery attempt failed, after 5 times of complaint they were not able to fiz this problem, Finlay 27th of October i got a 1second missed call from delivery agent after that I tried above 5 times to call him but every time hi didn’t respond my call and sent an sms stating that we couldn’t deliver your products,
after lots of attempts i was tired of complaining and finally i asked their agent to cancel my order,
They are charging for Amazon prime and we are paying this to get prime service, i want penalty for wasting my time which i have wasted for them
