Sir, I have paid my Amazon pay later due “11251” for August month on July 29. But it’s not updated fully only partial amount is updated. And my amazon pay later account has been blocked. I have been contacting Amazon from July 30 and the reply I get everytime is there is technical issue in IDFC bank side and they are saying it will be updated in 3 days everytime I contact them. And I am contacting IDFC bank from August 4 and getting the reply stating error is on Amazon side. And it will update in 3 working days but it’s not. And every day i am getting calls from IDFC money collecting agent atleast thrice a day asking me to pay the due. If I talk to IDFC troll free number they are cutting my call without any proper explanation. And my next due is on 5th September in which I have to pay my this month due with previous month due. And they send ECS to my bank account also on August month and for failure to pay money, fine has been put on my bank account.Please kindly help me
