I booked a flight ticket from Yatra.com on 19th August but by mistake booked it for the wrong date. Within half an hour I called indigo people and they processed the complete refund as per the rule within another half an hour. Since that day I am just trying to reach out to yatra.com for a refund but I have received a refund of only 4600. I am yet to receive a refund of 7300 INR. They just keep on saying that it will be initiated within 24 hours as a response to each and every mail. It has been more than 2 weeks and I have not received the amount.
