Hi sir /Madam ,
I have sold my old mobile in cashify website and they have given amazon gift card which is usable in amazon so i have ordered mobile in amazon and got the faulty product and then called the customer care and raised the request and they have picked the product and refunded the amount , this process happened almost 10 to 15 days where in am wasting my time with this people.
again have called to amazon customer care regarding closure of amazon account and credit the amazon pay balance to my bank account but they are refusing and saying they are unable to credit the balance to bank account.moreover am getting very bad expeirence in amazon .
i have 20,000 rs amazon pay balance.
