I was holding a Amazon account and was making some order since I have Rs. 4500 points in the account and trying to redeem the same. Now amazon. In security team is stating the I did something wrong with the account and asking for the refund which I haven’t done and knowingly they have blocked my account. After sending regular emails and supporting stuff they are making fun of the issues. One side they agree to open the account for short period to redeem my point and as soon as I’m trying to order the stuff to redeem my point they are blocking the account and creating issues.
