I wanted to return my last purchase(2 items) order number-#403-5259694-5977133 as it wasn’t up to my expectations, however even after waiting for 15+days 6+calls and devoting more than 100+ minutes. I am unable to get my trivial return request processed. The customer service representatives puts me on 10 minute hold every time i call. I receive emails from the customer relations team and everyday they place a new return request.
There are many customers like me who are suffering due to poor quality control at your end. These people are of belief that customers are fool.
