Text of Complaint by Shubham:

I have received a different brand product. Order picked up from my address with comment: “Wrong item received”. Now when I’m calling amazon after 7 days, they are saying we cannot provide a refund as the item is different. I told them if you can’t then return the wrong item. I can bear it. But they are not sending me that.
