Text of Complaint by Mohit:

I ordered same phone twice but 1st time phone was not delivered for 4 days and rertuned automatially. No refund was issued immediately by amazon upon aksing customer care and they said we need to wait for 72 hours for my own money
2nd time person came for delivery and due to technical issue with amazon exchange code generation courier person took back the phone again without deliverying it yet again. Pathetic experience. Demanding compensation for such a pathetic experience with amazon
