I have ordered Samsung Galaxy S23 mobile with exchange of Realme Narzo 50i. The order was out for delivery and the agent ran a device exchange verification code and the verification failed. He re attempted delivery and again same thing happened. Contacted amazon regarding this they asked to cancel and reorder. And the New mobile which i ordered is EMI Payment and i have been already charged for the first month. Verified IMEI with amazon and its matching. Delivery agent driver support also denied any assistance. They simply asked to pay full money to take delivery.
