Amazon added my refund money as gift card which is useless. Seriously my money is none of Use there and the amount is Rs.4744. Its not the small amount for me.After calling customer care they told order again with the gift card but continuously my orders are getting cancel.1 week past but they didn’t took any action .my order is getting cancelled and my money also stucked it is of no use.And also now amazon customer care is not responding me and not receiving the calls. Please I request you to help me to get my money back or to get the product order of that amount .Please need Help
