I ordered a book from Amazon, It was going to be delivered yesterday and Yes it shows delivered now but I did not receive any call or update from the delivery agent, I did not know where my product was delivered. I think it was never delivered because I called customer support and they said they have to investigate it because there was some code scan mistake.
and now they are not supporting me fully and did not provide any update about the order.
The book price is just nearly 150 rupees but It is not about the cost it is about their delivery system,
it happened to me 2nd time. So this is an issue now.
This time I did not want refund, I want my product.
