Till now I have not received any refund amount in original payment mode of the said order.
I have severally times contact with Amazon and Amazon Large appliance team. But every time they accelerate my order and raise a ticket for payment reference number, but till now the number is not generated.
As example I have complained on 14.03.2023 vide no. V855955345, but till now no result comes to me.
I have contact Mr. Ansumanju on 08.04.2023 with reference no. 9504, (Sr. Executive of Large appliance team), he assured me that the result comes within 5 working days. Today when I call to amazon, they transfer my call to Large appliance team, but they not received my call.
So I request you kindly look into the matter & do the needful.
