I ordered a bicycle of firefox cyclon d 27.5 through the amazon India website on 10.01.2023, As per their return/replacement policy there is a time schedule of 10 days to return the same product if the item has any problem. On purchasing time amazon promised a free assembly of cycle service along with this order. After assembling of the cycle, the cycle doesn’t fulfill the proper gear shifting. After the assembly work finished, we noticed that the person who came to the assembly not having competency in the assembly of bicycles. It is the breaching of policy and rules by the seller. So I called two times to amazon customer service on 20.02.2023(a couple of times I tried to replace the same by using the amazon app order setting) to complain about the same and requested to replace the bicycle as earliest. They replied that they replace not possible due to the nonstock of the same product. This is against the return policy by amazon. I tried to replace it by 17th January 2023. So I need a replacement of the product as earliest with respect to the return policy.Kindly please take it as a serious case and do needfull
