Sir during Amazon prime day sale, i hv orders a shoes which got delivered on 25th july, due to size issue i exchange it for one bigger size, on 27 july i got msg that today ur order will be delivered. But nothing happens and now these Amazon people are saying that they cant exchange thay can only return. My concern is that now the price is almost double. Why should I return and pay more amount for one bigger size, and also why are they not exchanging now..it’s malpractice adopted by Amazon to harass Indian people
