Amazon sent me an empty box instead of the item which I’ve ordered. Upon asking for a replacement or a refund, they are not willing to give any. I’ve called them thrice and still saying they’ve sent the item, but I didn’t get the item, they just told me to do anything but we don’t process any refund or replacement
