Text of Complaint by Krishna:

I ordered iball wireless earphones in amazon.in site. I got defective product , then I requested replacement order for the product . They initiated but haven’t picked up delaying day by day when ever I call customer support they used to telling within 24hr product will picked up but it never happened. I called number of times still they haven’t resolved my issue.
