I have order two products(Order #402-8866011-1490712 ) and returned both the product on 26th Feb which was picked up successfully. a) Honey by Pantaloons Women’s Skirt_Off White_28 – Tracking ID AWB #710884510877 ,b) Gerua Women’s Relaxed Fit Pants (GB307L_Maroon) – Tracking ID AWB # 710884510808. The same day one more product was picked up for Order # 408-1062164-2510740 ( QUANCIOUS Womens Organic Cotton Blazer – Tracking ID AWB # 512111375255 ).
they have received QUANCIOUS Womens Organic Cotton Blazer instead of Gerua Women’s Relaxed Fit Pants (GB307L_Maroon) . I have written 4/5 emails explaining them clearly and request to investigate with both the tracking ID AWB # 710884510808 & AWB # 512111375255 .
Without proper investigation, they repeatedly told that they have not received the product so they can not issue the refund and they were not ready to listen to anything. The product was exchanged mistakenly by amazon executive. They are not ready to investigate and just repeatedly telling that they have not received the product. Product was picked up successfully. Now they are not refunding the money and had closed my account.
