i ordered a printer from amzon.in of price 12650+70 delivery charges total amount 12720

but i did not received it what i received it was only a envelope in which there was bill of printer when i complaint about it on there customer support they said we carry investigation for this but after to days they said that i got my printer and they can not help me any more i have evidence for their lie

1. the post office employee that give that envelope to me
2. the speed post slip on which the tracking id and the weight of item is printed there was printed only 20grams product weight how can be a printer is of 20grams
3. screenshot of conversation regarding my product why he is not providing me correct tracking id
4. screenshot of amazon their they show that they have send my printer by delhivery courier but ship it through Indian post
5. the photo of envelope with the speed post tracking id and sticker which they place on the product which they ship
